Request and proposal

Submitting a brief does not create a paid order. After reviewing the information, we agree on the scope, price, timelines, responsible parties and delivery method. The provider and its details are identified in the proposal.

Pricing and timelines

Prices shown in USD are preliminary estimates. Business-day timelines begin upon receipt of the agreed materials and payment. Changes to the scenario, integrations or depth of research are agreed separately.

Service scope

Packages include advisory and engineering planning work. Product development, prototype manufacturing, site visits, certification and laboratory tests are not included unless separately agreed.

Deliverables and acceptance

The assessment may recommend a pilot, further validation, revision or stopping. An unconfirmed hypothesis is an acceptable result where supported by evidence. The agreed package includes one round of corrections for discrepancies against the scope within 5 business days.

Rights and materials

Rights to source materials remain with their owners. Rights to deliverables, pre-existing templates and methodology are defined by contract. Publishing case studies and reusing concepts require separate agreement.

Payment and cancellation

Currency, payment method, milestones, cancellation and refund procedures are determined before an order is placed. The invoice contains the agreed amount and currency. Payment is considered confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from the payment service, not upon your return to the website. No automatic subscriptions or recurring charges are created. To discuss cancellation or a refund, use the website's contact details and include your invoice number.
